Gone are
the spit back summary reports of medical records/narratives and deposition testimony-replaced by e-mailed, annotated copies

and causation issues. We also provide our bills in electronic form if preferred, those invoices being so detailed and itemized
that they alone could provide a good source of case status information. Electronic forms of disbursement back up, such as
invoices of vendors, are provided as well.
Our litigation results have followed in line with our enhanced technology
as we have taken defense verdicts in sophisticated malpractice cases in nearly every venue from Suffolk County to Orange County
although we have long since discontinued our reporting of our results to the New York Jury Verdict Reporter so as to protect
our experts and victorious insureds.
